ProSnap ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our field service management platform at getprosnap.com (the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service. By using ProSnap, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect the following categories of information: Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, business name, business type, and phone number. Business Information: Information you enter about your business including your logo, brand colors, business address, and service descriptions. Client Data: Information you enter about your clients including their names, email addresses, phone numbers, and property addresses. You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to store this information. Job and Financial Data: Quotes, invoices, job descriptions, pricing, and payment records you create within the Service. Payment Information: We do not store your full payment card details or bank account numbers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payments and subscription status from Stripe. Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. Device and Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers collected automatically when you use the Service. Communications: Any messages or support requests you send to us.
We use the information we collect to: • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service • Process transactions and send related information including invoices and payment confirmations • Send transactional emails including job confirmations, quote notifications, and invoice reminders • Send account-related notifications including trial expiration notices and billing updates • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Service • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud • Comply with legal obligations • Send you product updates and announcements (you may opt out at any time) We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
We share your information only in the following circumstances: Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including: • Supabase (database hosting and authentication) • Stripe (payment processing) • Resend (transactional email delivery) • Vercel (hosting and deployment) • Google Analytics (usage analytics) • Telnyx (SMS notifications, where applicable) All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only as directed by us. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others. Business Transfer: If ProSnap is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
We retain your account information and data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for account recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted. We may retain certain information longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. Financial records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax laws.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encryption at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. Our database infrastructure is hosted by Supabase which maintains SOC 2 compliance. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
ProSnap uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service and analyze usage. We use: Essential Cookies: Required for the Service to function, including authentication sessions. Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, and traffic sources. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

ProSnap is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately at hello@getprosnap.com and we will delete that information promptly.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ProSnap. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and sending an email notification to your registered email address at least 30 days before changes take effect.
